How I can do Deep Work to accomplish tasks more effectively?

Hello everyone, so in our today's post we will discuss the points by which we can increase our productivity and work deeply. So stay tuned.

Nowadays it's easy to get distracted and this is all because of this growing technology it's easy to get distracted by internet or message or notification or email.But don't worry today I will offer you some techniques to work deeply.

Ways to increase Productivity are:-

1. Monastic approach: according to this we should avoid distracting things and concentrate like a monk. It can include stop checking e-mails or turning off mobile.
2. Bi-modal approach: there should be enough time or we should schedule time where we can rest or enjoy out life to the fullest.
3. Rhythmic approach: We should work in a block of time. For instance, 90 mins of work and 30 mins of rest according to schedule and we should check out progress.
4. Journalist approach : We should to deep work on an unexpected time.


# Dependence on technology should not be our priority

- We shouldn't be dependent on internet to much instead we should believe in ourselves and try to find solutions on our on.
- We can ask for help from our elders and also can read books
- But in extreme cases or trying all the above points we can go for internet.

Study proved multitasking make us less productive


# How to get rid of Social sites?

-For a month delete all your social apps.
-And after a month try to notice that whether there was any bad effect on your life and whether it bothered any person.
-And if answer to both of this is no then please quit the internet.

                    We should make Schedule

- We should make a plan for next day before going to bed.
- And next day try to execute it.
- If some problems come in between then don't worry just rearrange tasks and keep moving on.
